　　An Empirical Analysis on the Factors Affecting Investment Demand under the Background of Expanding Domestic Demand

　　Abstract: Investment is an important part of domestic demand. Under the background of expanding domestic demand, the author makes an empirical analysis on the main factors of China's investment demand from a view of domestic market by using the macroeconomic data from 1979 to 2009. The result shows that only output influences the national investment positively, while consumption, price level and interest level have no revealed effect on investment. For the eastern developed restricts such as Zhejiang province, besides the interest, output, consumption, and price level all have a revealed positive relationship with investment. Different results between the nation and Zhejiang reflect that income gap, market level, and investment structure would have a potential indirect effect on investment.
