　　?显然，由党政关系延伸出来的治理逻辑正在外化出一种全新的国家治理模式。虽然这一模式不是人为设计和建构的治理形态，在实际的衍进过程中表现出某种程度的自然成长性特征，以致于二者之间的内在逻辑在很长一段时期内显得扑朔而难以把握。迟至今日，其间蕴涵的张力仍未充分消除，价值内涵和发展导向仍然有待进一步丰富，普遍性意义也还需要得到更加广泛的认同和验证。但至少它被半个多世纪的政治实践证明了有效性，一个整体性的中国模式也即蕴涵于形成中国发展合力的诸多要素的整合和协调机制之中。

　　Abstract:
　　CCP exercises leadership in China. In the relation between CCP and the Government, Party is the Decision Maker. The Government not only implements party’s policy, but its core value, system, organizational principle, regime also depends on the party’s arrangements. Since establishment of new China, CCP-Government relation experiences a long changing course from unified leadership to inlaid leadership. The change casts to governance, constitute the logic of China’s construction and development, and also offer strongly politic guarantee and reasonable support.
