　　综上所述，血液滤过中血小板减少的原因有很多，其中不同的滤器膜也对血小板产生很大的影响，三醋酸纤维素膜对血小板数量的影响比聚砜膜小，且经济，可作为急性肾功能衰竭合并血小板减少患者血液滤过治疗的较好选择。
