　　Good等［4］发现TSP-1抑制血管的功能，后来的研究显示TSP-1在血管新生的每个环节均有直接或间接的作用。TSP-1还可通过抑制促血管生长因子与它们在内皮细胞表面的受体结合而间接抑制血管新生。文卫等［5］观察到TSP-1作为一个重要的血管生成抑制因子通过参与PHCC的新生血管生成调节PHCC的复发转移过程。本研究认为TSP-1在乳腺癌的复发转移过程中同样起到重要的抑制作用。?
